Registration & Payment

Thank you for wanting to exhibit as a Provider at the upcoming School Choice Expo!

Please read below before clicking to register and pay.

There are two categories of exhibitors featured at the Expo: Education Providers and Education Support Providers. 

​

          Education Providers include formal or traditional schools, homeschool co-ops & groups, organized such that, under NC General Statutes, qualify as grade-completion conferring entities and are organized according to the NC Division of Nonpublic Education.

​

          Education Support Providers includes tutors and tutoring services, extracurricular academic and athletic organizations, topic-specialized or CTE-related organizations, and education-specific supporting services such as insurance, financial assistance, scholarship-granting, and others that directly benefit students of one or more categories of Education Provider.

All providers must be certified by applicable credentialing agencies according to US and NC law. Individuals representing themselves (i.e: tutors offering for-profit or nonprofit services) will be approved on a case-by-case basis based, in part, on verified tax status. Things to know before you register:

      1. Registration is not complete without paying the fee. There is no "reservation" without registration.          2. Early Bird registration fee is $40 and ends at midnight on Friday, January 9, 2026.

          Late registration fee is $65 and ends at midnight on Friday, January 23, 2026.

      3. By registering, you agree to set up your table prior to public opening (10AM) and remain set up until public closing (2PM), unless directed otherwise by Expo officials. At least one knowledgeable person must be present for the entire duration of the Expo.

      4. Cancellations must be by Monday, January 26, 2025.

      5. Registration includes a table, two chairs, and access to electrical outlets as requested. Tables are small round, 4x4', or 3x6'.
